So, this was my second attempt!
Using Hotcake Mix again to make Dorayaki and tomato steamed cake.
Total cost for today was around 200yen too.
4 Dorayaki, 9 steamed cake and one little churros.
14 items = 200yen.
Each around 14.28yen! Wow! Hehe
This is my dorayaki.
Ate one. Left 3 in the photo.
Bought the red bean paste from Daiso. Really easy to make this.
Just that my skill is not good enough, so it was out of shape and the color was not even enough. But the taste was good enough! Hehe!
Next, tomato steamed cake.
Since the tomato is sweet enough, I didn't add any sugar into the batter.
But it's too moist....I don't know why. Maybe i added too much milk this time.
And the tomato itself is watery. Tat's why it cant expand well.
But taste not bad. Quite nice... Hehe
(Left 8 in the photo, coz I have eaten one of them)
Last, but not least,
little heart-shaped churros?!!
Hehe!
I pour the batter into the mould I bought from Daiso and heat it up with microwave oven.
So cute.
Basically, you can make many things with HM!
What's next?
Doughnut ??
Hehe!
