I had salad and also homemade cakes these few days.
I enjoy making salad recently. Healthier, less oily.
Coz it is easy to prepare when you are lazy to wash your oily pans. Hehe.
Thanks god. My weight drop back to the current minimum record again.
Now my weight remain stagnant and kind of rebounding back.
So I need to really control my diet.
#1 Colorful salad
Colorful lunch.
Right: Tomato, avocado, corn and crabstick mayo and mixes beans.
Left: Mizuna and lettuce.
So appetizing! Hehe
#2 Avocado tofu salad.
Japanese eats tofu with avocado. Learned this recipe from cooking websites.
#3
Lettuce, brocolli, tofu and mixed bean.
With non-oil 中華 salad sauce.
#4
Grass noodle salad.
Omelette and crab stick.
Tofu and corn nugget? Hehe....
It looked ugly but it was delicious.

This is tokoroten!
Refer WIKI for more info:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokoroten
One portion (141g) is only 12kcal.
Japanese eat this with black vinegar and some seaweed.
I had this for dinner when I had heavy lunch on that day.
It's jelly noodle with black vinegar.
Not bad. Hehe. It is normally served during summer.
#6
Malaysian Nasi Goreng ( Fried rice) with Maggi paste!
And fried rice obento.
I fired it at once and split it into 2 portion!
#7
This is how my waffle looks like after heating up with frying pan.
