Cooking Diary June 2014

Not much new menu recently. Just repeating the similar menu, so not much post this time.

Sumptious breakfast:
-Sautéed spinach
-Fresh tomato
-Homemade potato wedges
-Scrambled egg and
a cup of coffee brewed from Guatemala beans.

Loads of carbs and protein.
Potato wegdes is made from scratch.
First, cut potato into wedges shape, and boil it.
Then coat it with frying powder + black pepper and salt as seasoning.
And fry it over the pan.
Lesser oil used.
So it's fresh and healthy!

with a glass of carrot milk for breakfast.

Japanese style spaghetti (with mushroom and paprika)
and sauteed spinach and tofu

Healthy meal.
Oats with raisins
and some cereal.
