Minestrone for many meals recently!
Plenty of onion, cabbage, carrot, celery and tomato inside. Healthy soup!
Salad, soup , canned sanma and 2 white buns.
Simple and nice!
Steamed pumpkin and salmon for dinner. Healthy!
Minestrone soup and also mini burger.
White bun + 2 small pieces of frozen hamburger + few slices of cabbage + mayonnaise ....ready in less than 5 mins.
Overnight oat ( oat + yogurt + black sasame + banana)
Tokoroten!
Sweet tokoroten as dessert ( eat with red bean and strawberry jam)

Whew....Nothing special recently.
Had too much Pompadour bun and bagel recently.....should stop for a while...
