Oyako Pasta

When you are out of idea what to cook for, go for PASTA. Lol.
Retort pouch of pasta sauce can be easily obtained in supermarket.

I called this "Oyako Pasta" inspired by "Oyakodon" which means "parent and child bowl" or rice topped with chicken and egg.
And this "Oyako Pasta" means Salmon and mentaiko (salmon roe) sauce. Hehe.
