Chinese food for lunchie

I went to renew my visa.

The Immigration bureau is located quite far from Yokohama Station.
I need to get JR Keihin-Tohoku line to Shin-Sugita station, then from there, I took bus to the Immigration bureau.
20 minutes per bus and it takes about 15 minutes ride.
Another option is from Shin-Sugita station, take Seaside line to Torihama station and walk for around 20 minutes to reach the destination.
The second option is not a wise choice though. Hehe.

So after I waited for an hour for my turn and hand in necessary from in order to renew my visa.
After that, I walked to Mitsui Outlet Park Yokohama Bayside.
It took about 10 minutes walk.

It was lunch time.
So I went into random restaurant ( not much choices over there) and had this set lunch. http://tabelog.com/kanagawa/A1403/A140310/14012154/
This set lunch costed only 990yen.
Comes with a salad, one spicy-sour noodle (half-size) , fried rice and also almond tofu dessert and also drink.
Taste was quite OK.
I like their dessert especially.
My stomach felt so full after finishing the whole set of meal.
It has been awhile since my last time having Chinese food.

I will be going to the Immigration bureau again to collect my visa once it's done.
Immigration bureau, why you are so far away??!!

Cafe Elliott Avenue

A nice and simple cafe highly recommended for latte lover.
The barista came to your seat and pour the stretched milk into your espresso in front of you.

I got myself a slice of cheesecake and a cup of latte.
A perfect latte art is done in front of my eyes!
Amazed!
Look at the glossy layer of milk!

From the magazine, it says that the barista from Cafe Elliott Avenue was graduated from [Espresso Vivace] which is located at Seattle.
It is a very well-known cafe in Seattle.

Quoted from Wikipedia:
Cronut is a croissant-doughnut pastry invented and trademarked by Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City. The pastry is made by frying a laminated dough in grape seed oil. The fried pastry is then sugared, filled, and glazed.
The Boston Globe described the Cronut as a "food portmanteau". In December of 2013, TIME magazine named the cronut as one of the "25 Best Inventions" of 2013.

Practicing a healthy life

1. Jogging/ workout at least once a week
I planned to jog at least 2-3 days in a week. But due to my tight and busy schedule, I couldn't make this plan out. So, I reduce it to "once a week".

2. Practice vegetarian diet (at least 2-3 days per week)
I am practicing it recently.
I prepare my lunch box almost every day during weekdays so I can choose what to eat.
Go veggie. Go healthy!

3. Take a hot bath once or twice a week
For better blood circulation

4. Scrub my face twice a week
For more radiant skin.

5. Visit nice cafe at least twice a month
I am a coffee lover. And I love desserts and pancakes too!

Moving towards a healthier and happier life!
Life is short! Enjoy!
